RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Delilah's Dressing Room is Exchange only.

If an exchange is required, all customers are to contact Delilah's Dressing Room via our contact form on the Customer Care page.

Customers are to make exchange requests within 7 days of receiving their purchase.

Exchanges will be processed once, original item(s) have been received by Delilah's Dressing Room in all original packaging.

Shipping Fees for the exchange item(s) are to be made by the customer.

If, the customer wishes to exchange for a more expensive item, the customer is liable to pay for the additional cost.

If, the customer wishes to exchange for a less expensive item, the customer will not be refunded the difference. 

If, under the circumstance an items arrives to a customer faulty, a replacement item will be sent if it is a manufacturing issue, however an image will be required to be sent to delilah@delilahsdressingroom.com as soon as possible.

Replacements will only be made if our team has approved of the fault at issue and images received.

Replacement item(s) will be dispatched within 2 days of Delilah's Dressing Room receiving the faulty/damaged goods in question.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non exchangeable/refundable.

DELILAH'S DRESSING ROOM DELIVERY

Standard UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Orders £35 and over entitled to Free Delivery sent via Royal Mail Signed For.

Next Day Delivery is available at checkout. If the order has been made after 2pm the item(s) will be dispatched the following day and received by the customer the next day.

On order completion, all customers will receive an email from Delilah's Dressing Room with order confirmation.

Orders are dispatched within 1 day and will arrive to customer depending on chosen shipping method.

If a delivery has not reached its customer and is believed to have been lost, please contact us immediately.

If your item(s) are unable to be delivered by Royal Mail, a card will be left stating nobody was able to retrieve your delivery and is at your local Post Office.

If, for whatever reason your delivery is not collected from the Post Office specified, it will be returned back to Delilah's Dressing Room.

Customer is liable to pay for the delivery to be resent from Delilah's Dressing Room.
